Women across time and cultures have gathered in circles as a form of resistance, celebration and healing. We have gathered at our moon time, to mark time, to celebrate life, to perform ritual, to knit, to sew, to read, to dance, to laugh, to cry, to hold one another,
to heal ourSelves...
to heal the world.
Now more than ever we need the magic of the circle...
the world needs the magic of the circle.
Immerse yourSelf in magic: exploring ways to nurture your inner magic and the power of connecting deeply with a sacred circle of sisters, our Mamma Earth, and the waters that flow through Her.
What we heal in the center of the circle is reflected in the whole circle.
Lets weave a circle of magic into being!

Heal your body, relax your mind and soothe your soul.
Native American elders and spiritual masters from the Crestone area consider this area on the west side of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains as one of the most sacred and energetically active places in North America.
It is said that the water here is encoded with the energy of the earth from which it rises.
*The 98°F cool pool is perfect for those with a low tolerance for hot water, yet still want to get the benefit of our minerals.
*The 104°F medium pool (aka The Tower Pool) is a great middle temperature for soaking.
*The 108°F hot pool (aka The View Pool) is ideal for those who prefer a hotter temperature, and for those with arthritis, joint and muscle pain – with spectacular views of the mountains.
*Our two jacuzzi hot tubs are maintained at 104°F, and, like The Tower Pool, offer a great middle temperature for soaking.
All of our pools are filled with the natural, mineral-rich, geothermal heated water that rises in artisanal springs on the property.
Each pool is drained and cleaned nightly. The jacuzzi hot tubs are cleaned weekly.

Take your pick from hotel rooms in the lodge, a yurt, or camp in your own tent, RV or car. Lodging can be solo or shared (significant savings when shared). Bunk with friends or we can coordinate roommates.
Partners, children, extended family, and friends welcome to join in the ancestor celebration, morning yoga, afternoon crafts, halloween dinner party and all Joyful Journey inclusions and amenities.

Yoga mat, water bottle and tea cup… bolster, pillow, blanket, anything you need to be comfy in your space during our circles for grounding, mindful movement, sound meditations, etc
Spiritual Tools - Journal and something to write with, tarot and oracle decks, crystals, special candles, anything you want to bring to add to our weavers of magic altar, add to your experience or share with you sisters
Ancestor Dish - Our Ancestor Celebration will include an ancestral lunch. Bring a favorite dish that represents a specific ancestor, your cultural lineage, or perhaps ancestors of the land we are on, the land itself, or any ancestors of inspiration you want to honor. Be prepared to share a little bit about the dish during our meal time.
Ancestral Altar Items - Our Ancestral celebration will include an altar build for our ancestors. Bring photos of ancestors and offerings: flowers, favorite foods, candies, tobacco, copal, incense… small plates for the offerings if they are messy, perhaps fabric for under your space in the altar.
Ancestor Item - Our Halloween Dinner Party will include a fun intuition activity. Bring an item that belongs to one of your ancestors, if you don’t have one bring a special item an ancestor gave you.
Lunch on Saturday - Lunches are not provided by JJ so we will do a light potluck lunch. There will be a signup for fruit, veggies, soup, salad, tea, scones and jam, pastries, meats, cheese and crackers. There will be an option to sit with mushroom medicine Saturday afternoon so a light lunch is best ![]()
Water - bring water in a clear mason jar with lid, from somewhere special to you for our water blessing ceremony
Costumes - On Saturday night we will have a Halloween Dinner Party. Costumes are highly encouraged, witchy wizard wear obviously works, but woodland creatures, fairies, unicorns, anything really. If you have witchy hats or other outfits that fit the esthetic and you want to dress up everyday its a great weekend for that.
Layers - Its the end of October. We are manifesting a beautiful late warm Fall weekend but it could snow. You know how Colorado can be!
Swimsuit - Towels and robes are provided
Fabric - long strips of fabric or ribbon, can be special to you but you don’t mind letting go of, or just vibrant, really cool pattern, neat texture - if you don’t have any you don’t need to go out of your way to procure any, we will have extra
Halloween Dinner Party Items - Black or purple or lace tablecloths and napkins, candelabras, black candles, small spooky table decor - please reach out with what items you might be able to bring. I want to see what we have between us before purchasing any new stuff.
